Chris brings more than three decades of international executive leadership across the maritime, energy, renewables, chemicals, and infrastructure sectors, with extensive experience leading organizations and strategic initiatives across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
His maritime leadership includes serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Methanol Institute, the global trade association representing over 100 members including OCI, SABIC, Methanex, Mitsui, and Petronas. Chris helped lead the IMO adoption of methanol as a marine fuel under the IGF Code, a major milestone in the advancement of alternative marine fuels and global decarbonization efforts. Opening access to the USD 150 billion marine bunkering market.
Throughout his career, Chris has held senior executive roles including CEO, President, COO, EVP, and Managing Director across globally recognized organizations, overseeing multi-billion-dollar portfolios, large-scale capital programs, operational transformation, and international growth initiatives.
Today, he continues to support the future of sustainable shipping and energy transition through leadership roles with organizations including the Global Centre for Green Fuels, GREEN MARINE GROUP, IBIA, and the Clean Marine Fuel Forum.
